Ingredients:
3 ripe saba or plantain bananas, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup flour
water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Combine
mashed bananas and flour and add enough water to make a very thick
batter.
Heat cooking oil in frying pan and fry small scoops of the banana
batter until golden brown
on all sides (about 5 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
